Michael is the former head of eCommerce Programs and Operations for digital design software company Autodesk, Inc., creators of AutoCAD. Under his leadership, the organization established global operations to build and expand the transactional capabilities for the online channel. After successfully re-platforming the eCommerce infrastructure, he led the transition to SaaS and a recurring revenue model through subscription sales.
